The Vantage Tensile Tester offers many fixtures for tensile testing and other tests for the plastic film, flexible packaging, paper, paperboard, tissue paper, textiles and food testing industries.
With a footprint of 10 in (250 mm) x 16.5 in (419 mm), the EJA Vantage-1 tensile tester provides a force capacity of 1 kN (225 lbs) in a minimal amount of bench space.
Crosshead travel distances of 24 in (610 mm), 36 in (915mm), or 48 in (1200 mm)
The EJA Vantage 2 is the ideal solution for those applications that are slightly over the capacity of the Vantage 1 (1 kN/ 225 lb), but do not require thefull 5kN capacity of the Vantage 5 ( 5kN/1125 lb).
The Vantage 2 keeps the same footprint and dimensions as theVantage 1, while offering increased capability and functionality
EJA Vantage testing system provides maximum testing flexibility in a compact frame. Two low-profile frames are available, providing capacities up to 5kN (1,000 lb) of tension/compression force.Both frames fully integrate system electronicsand software controls eliminating thecomplications of interfacing with externalcontrol boxes or additional PC cards.
The Vantage-5 provides a force capacity of 5 kN (1000 lbs) in a frame not much larger then the Vantage-1kN and Vantage 2kN
The Vantage 5 has a 36" (914mm) crosshead travel model and a 48" (1220mm) crosshead travel model
The Vantage-10 is a dual screw tensile tester frame that provides a force capacity of 10 kN (2000 lbs).
It is available with a crosshead travel of 24 in (610 mm) or 42 in (1067 mm).
Dual precision ball screws and independent ground stainless steel guide rods provide high axial stiffness to ensure the most accurate, repeatable position data available.
